## Stellenbeschreibung/Job discription/Descrizione del posto

- Unterstützung bei der Zubereitung von Grillgerichten mit Fokus auf Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse
- Verantwortung für die Mise-en-Place am Grillposten
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Frische und ansprechender Präsentation
- Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards gemäß HACCP
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten
- Assisting in the preparation of BBQ dishes focusing on meat, fish, and vegetables
- Responsible for mise en place at the grill station
- Ensuring quality, freshness, and appealing presentation
- Complying with hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP
- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations
- Supporto nella preparazione di piatti alla griglia con focus su carne, pesce e verdure
- Responsabile della mise en place alla postazione barbecue
- Garantire qualità, freschezza e una presentazione curata
- Rispetto delle normative igienico-sanitarie secondo lo standard HACCP
- Collaborazione con il team per garantire un flusso di lavoro fluido

## Requirements/Anforderungen/Requisiti

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Koch/Köchin oder erste Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Grillgeräten und BBQ-Zubereitung
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig, teamorientiert und belastbar
- Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit internationalen Gästen und Kollegen
- Du beherrschst mindestens eine der folgenden Sprachen auf B2-Niveau: Deutsch, Englisch oder Italienisch
- You have completed vocational training as a chef or have first experience in a similar position
- You have knowledge of working with grills and BBQ preparation
- You are reliable, team-oriented, and resilient
- You enjoy working with international guests and colleagues
- You have proficiency in at least one of the following languages at B2 level: German, English, or Italian
- Hai completato una formazione professionale come cuoco/cuoca oppure hai maturato una prima esperienza in una posizione simile
- Hai conoscenze nell’utilizzo delle griglie e nella preparazione BBQ
- Sei affidabile, collaborativo/a e resistente allo stress
- Ti piace lavorare con ospiti e colleghi internazionali
- Possiedi una conoscenza di almeno una delle seguenti lingue a livello B2: tedesco, inglese o italiano
