Your responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate various operational business processes

Drive market expansion and strengthen brand presence

Further develop service offerings and optimize network management efficiency

Plan and manage product strategy and development
-
Consolidate the operational base in the local market environment

Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team
-
Work closely with the European team and company headquarters

Pool resources to successfully penetrate the market and ensure sustainable growth

Your profile:
-
Bachelor’s degree and several years of professional experience within the EU
-
Over a decade of expertise in the automotive sector, focusing on national management, market entry strategies, brand leadership, product development, and customer engagement
-
Business-level fluency in Chinese, fluent English, and knowledge of additional European languages
-
In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including regulations, market conditions, and customer requirements
-
Extensive experience in building and managing dealer and service networks
-
Proven track record in implementing market entry and brand development projects in the automotive field
-
Solid background in conducting market and industry analyses as well as strategic planning at the local level
-
Strong leadership and communication skills, combined with data affinity and high sensitivity in handling information
-
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
