### Your Duties:
- Operating System Proficiency
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows 10 features, updates, and security patches
- Knowledge of network protocols, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Experience with network connectivity troubleshooting tools and techniques
- Proficiency in Active Directory (AD) for user and group management
- Understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for configuring and managing Windows 10 settingsxperience with deployment and management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)
- Experience with remote desktop tools and remote assistance techniques
- Ability to provide support through tools like Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and third-party solutions
- Ability to set up, configure and trouble-shoot issues with mobile telephones and tablets - both Android and Apple OS
- Understanding and capability to perform basic Microsoft server administration and configuration tasks

- Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks simultaneously
- Works well alone or in a team environment
- Technology Innovation and Process Improvement
- Ability to learn new technologies and applications
- Oral and written German and English language required
- Manual Handling of computer equipment
