Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate work packages, between interdisciplinary teams working on designing, integrating, and implementing wing high-lift systems and their mechanical installation
- Prepare and outline a project from start to finish, including all the necessary documentation
- Deliver financial justification for the project, based on collected performance metrics (e.g. Ramp-up, recurring cost savings and lead time reduction, maturity)
- Manage risks associated with the project and decide on changes to be implemented
- Identify problems and opportunities early and respond accordingly
- Keep management updated on progress
- Take responsibility as the Product Change Leader
Requirements:
- Masters Degree or equal in Aircraft construction, Industrial engineering, Engineering or similar technical studies
- 4 years experience in project management
- 2 years experience in engineering, project planning and control
- Airbus experience advantageous
- First experiences in Product Lifecycle and Configuration Management
- Business fluent english skills
- German and french skills advantageous
- good Google Workspace knowledge
- Willingness to travel (one day per week in Bremen, 1-2 times per quarter within Europe/UK)
