Development Engineer – Microfluidics (m/w/d)

Wir suchen dich als Development Engineer – Microfluidics, um innovative mikrofluidische Kunststoffbauteile für diagnostische Anwendungen mitzugestalten. In unserem interdisziplinären R&D‑Team entwickelst und konstruierst du komplexe polymerbasierte Komponenten, bringst deine Expertise im Spritzguss ein und treibst die Umsetzung neuer Technologien voran. Du arbeitest eng mit Labor, Produktion und externen Partnern zusammen und gestaltest so aktiv die nächste Generation diagnostischer Systeme.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du entwickelst und optimierst mikrofluidische Kunststoffkomponenten für diagnostische Systeme.
* Du konstruierst polymere Baugruppen sowie funktionsfähige Laboraufbauten.
* Die Konzipierung von Spritzgießwerkzeugen und Produktionsprozessen sowie deren Qualifizierung gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
* Du planst, entwirfst und führst physikalische und chemische Laborversuche durch.
* Du erstellst Versuchspläne und wertest diese statistisch aus.
* Du dokumentierst die Entwicklungsergebnisse gemäß Standards für Diagnostikprodukte in englischer Sprache.
* Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Teams aus R&D, Produktion und Qualitätsmanagement zusammen.

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium, z. B. Maschinenbau, Medizintechnik, Kunststofftechnik oder ein vergleichbares.
* Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung medizintechnischer oder diagnostischer Produkte.
* Fundierte Kenntnisse von Spritzgießprozessen und Werkzeugbau.
* Sicherer Umgang mit CAD (SolidWorks); idealerweise Kenntnisse in FEM/CFD‑Simulation.
* Grundkenntnisse in Programmiersprachen und statistischen Methoden.
* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
* Teamorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise in einem regulierten Umfeld (IVD).
