company in the energy technology sector, we are looking for an AI &
Digital Transformation Manager (f/m/d) to join the team in Mülheim an
der Ruhr as soon as possible. This is a permanent, full-time position
(35 hours per week) with an intended direct transfer to our client's
company. Your Tasks as AI & Digital Transformation Manager (m/w/d):
Led and managed AI and digital transformation initiatives from concept
development and business case definition through implementation,
deployment, and enterprise-wide scaling Identified, assessed, and
prioritized opportunities for Artificial Intelligence, intelligent
automation, and data-driven optimization across Supplier Quality,
Procurement, and other business functions Developed strategic
roadmaps, business cases, KPI frameworks, implementation plans, and
resource strategies while ensuring effective management of timelines,
budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations Coordinated
international, cross-functional project teams and collaborated closely
with business stakeholders, IT organizations, process owners, and
external partners to drive successful project execution Translated
business requirements into scalable digital solutions and supported
their implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement across the
organization Evaluated, piloted, and deployed emerging technologies in
the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI Agents,
intelligent automation, and data-driven process optimization Drove
organizational change by promoting the responsible, secure, and
effective adoption of AI technologies and digital solutions throughout
the enterprise Established and supported digital innovation strategies
aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, process transparency, and
long-term business value Your Profile as an AI & Digital
Transformation Manager (f/m/d): Master’s degree or equivalent
qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science,
Information Technology, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering,
Business Administration, or a related discipline. Several years of
professional experience in project management, digital transformation,
process automation, operational excellence, or similar roles within
international and matrix-driven organizations. Demonstrated success in
leading complex cross-functional projects, supported by strong
stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration capabilities
across diverse business functions. Solid understanding of Artificial
Intelligence, Generative AI, AI Agents, intelligent automation, and
data-driven business transformation, with the ability to convert
business requirements into scalable and value-adding digital
solutions. Practical experience in the design, implementation,
validation, and optimization of AI-enabled and data-centric solutions,
ideally leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot
Studio, Power Platform, RPA, Python, SQL, and Snowflake. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured,
results-oriented, and proactive approach to managing complex business
challenges. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the
ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical
stakeholders at all organizational levels. Fluent English language
skills, a collaborative and innovation-driven mindset, and a
willingness to travel internationally as required. What We Offer: A
