You oversee the entire lifecycle from acquisition through repositioning to
sale. This includes developing business plans, managing tax and accounting
implications, and implementing effective asset management during the
holding phase.
· *Construction Controlling & Project Management*
You validate technical assessments, review budgets, and monitor
construction quality. You also support international legal development
processes – currently with a focus on Italy and the USA.
· *Sales Processes & Stakeholder Management*
You prepare sales processes, select brokers, coordinate legal
documentation, and ensure a consistent market presence towards investors.
-What we look for:-
· A degree in (industrial) engineering, architecture, or a comparable
field
· Several years of experience in asset management, construction project
management and/or real estate development
· Knowledge of commercial real estate financing and project development
· Willingness to travel internationally and strong intercultural skills
· Resilience and a solution-oriented mindset, even under time pressure
· Ability to identify construction-related issues and assess them from a
business perspective
