**Sales Manager -C&I Energy Storage**

**Responsibilities：**
- Responsible for sales and business development of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in the German and European markets；
- Develop and execute market-entry strategies while building and maintaining a customer network (including energy suppliers, project developers, EPC contractors, etc.)；
- Participate in tenders, contract negotiations, deal closures, and post-sales customer relationship management；
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to tailor solutions based on client needs；
- Conduct regular market analysis, prepare sales forecasts, and report to management；
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and client events to enhance brand visibility.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields；
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the renewable energy sector; BESS experience is preferred；
- Experience in developing large-scale energy storage/power projects in Germany or Europe；
- Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills；
- Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and Europe；
- Native-level German, fluent English, and Chinese proficiency is a plus.
