Reliable document control in a dynamic construction project environment!
For our valued client from the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a
Document Controller (m/f/d) at the Unterschleißheim site.
Join an international project environment where well-structured documentation supports transparent processes, efficient collaboration and the successful implementation of complex construction projects.
Your tasks:
- Manage and coordinate project documentation within the PIMs system in accordance with defined project procedures
- Process, maintain and distribute project documents accurately and ensure that all required information is up to date
- Upload, track, archive and retrieve technical and project-related documentation
- Monitor document revisions and maintain accurate document registers
- Provide administrative support to the construction project team
Your qualifications:
- Experience in document control, administration or a comparable support function, ideally in a construction, engineering or infrastructure environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint as well as knowledge of document management systems and BIM-related documentation processes
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- Fluent English skills in written and spoken communication; German language skills are an advantage
