In this position as **Dutch Online Marketing Sales Agent (m/f/d)**, you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries, whether by phone, email or chat.

as soon as possible | full time | Berlin - Andreasstraße 10 | Support languages: **Dutch (C1) and English (B2)** | Service hours: Monday - Friday between 8.45am and 5.15pm | a fix Salary: **2.750,00€ gross/ month** | a monthly Bonus: **up to 687,00€** | language allowance: **300,00€ /month** | temporary contract

## **What you will do in this role**

As an **Sales Agent (m/f/d) in our Team** you will:

- **Contact existing clients **(Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email.
- You** identify sales opportunities** and providing your businesses-contacts with the best solution.
- **Analyze marketing campaigns** on behalf of your customers.
- **Carrying out digital campaigns** on behalf of your client and monitoring success.
- I**dentify campaign trends** and act early on challenging developments in your customer campaigns.
- Sustainably improve the customer experience by** promoting optimal and appropriate product use.**

## **Your qualifications**

Concentrix is a great match if you:

- Are fluently in **word and speech in Dutch (minimum C1)** and have **very good command of English** (at least B2 level).
- Have at least **1 year of experience in Sales** – you should have a commercial mindset, be strongly sales driven, and possess entrepreneurial thinking and strong influential skills.
- Would** like to become an expert **on all Social Media Account Advertising solutions.
- Own **strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills.**
- Have **excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.**
- Can** guarantee a Fulltime valid working visa for Germany** - no student visa accepted.

Ideally you already have:

- Experience in social media and/or digital marketing.
