**Your Role**
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and e-bike mechanics
- Own and continuously improve major parts of the operational flow
- Use data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
- Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
- Design and implement processes to improve customer experience and cost efficiency
- Set up operational tools, dashboards, and reporting
- Work cross-functionally to support fast growth and market expansion
### **Your Qualifications**
- Strong academic background in Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Business, MINT, or a similar field
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Finance, Consulting, or related roles
- Fluent German and strong English skills
- Proven leadership and communication skills in hands-on, operational environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- High attention to detail with a passion for operational excellence
- Comfortable in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments
- Ownership mentality with readiness to take responsibility for complex operations
