Early Years Educator (f/m/d) International School

Your New Area of Responsibility
At the International School Braunschweig-Wolfsburg, our Early Years department is a place where children from around the world feel safe, curious, and inspired. In small groups, you’ll guide preschoolers as they explore, play, and grow – all in an English-speaking, international environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, playful, and stimulating classroom where children thrive
- Support children’s learning, social skills, and confidence every day
- Work closely with a collaborative, experienced team and families
- Bring your creativity and ideas to daily activities and curriculum planning
- Help shape an Early Years program that celebrates cultural diversity
Your Profile
- Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Development, Social Assistant certification or equivalent recognised qualification (staatlich anerkannt) according to the Department of Education of Lower Saxony
- Experience working with young children in Early Years settings
- Excellent English (C1 or native) and good German (B2+)
- Enthusiasm for teaching in an international, multicultural environment
- Team player, flexible, and committed to quality education
- Membership in a Christian church affiliated with the ACK Germany is a plus.
