**DAS MACHST DU**

- Wahrnehmung der Funktion als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (ASIG) und Überprüfung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher EHS-Anforderungen
- fachliche Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung gruppenweiter EHS-Vorgaben sowie Überwachung softwaregestützter Tools wie Quentic oder Eticor
- zentraler Ansprechpartner und Berater für Werkleitung, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in allen EHS-Fragen
- Einführung, Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Managementsysteme nach ISO 45001 und ISO 14001
- Durchführung von Begehungen und Audits sowie Begleitung von Behördeninspektionen und Genehmigungsverfahren
- Mitwirkung bei Schulungen, Unterweisungen und Projekten zur Ergonomie sowie im Team Gesundheit

**DAS LIEFERST DU**

- Abschluss als Meister, Techniker (w/m/d) oder ein Studium im Bereich Umwelt-, Verfahrens- oder Sicherheitstechnik
- Qualifikation zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (ASIG) sowie als Brandschutz- und Umweltbeauftragte
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld
- Kenntnisse im Umweltrecht sowie in der Anwendung der Normen ISO 14001 und ISO 45001
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office oder Google Workspace und idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit EHS-Softwarelösungen
- hohe Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten in Konfliktsituationen
