* Supporting quality inspections and participating in root cause investigations as needed
* Ensuring ESD-safe practices and proper handling of hardware
* Complying with IPC certification standards

Required Expertise:
* A technical degree or apprenticeship in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics; a degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field as well as an IPC certification e. g. IPC-A-610 or IPC-7711/7721 are an advantage, but not a requirement
* Experience in electronics assembly, integration, maintenance, and hardware modification/repair ¿ including soldering, wire jumps, trace cuts, and component replacement ¿ ideally within aerospace, defence, or high-reliability industries
* Proficient in using lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, power supplies; able to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and assembly drawings, and to build complete systems based on documentation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of adaptability and an interest in continuous improvement
* A collaborative, team-oriented working style combined with strong communication skills, enabling effective cooperation toward shared goals
* Proficient in English, both written and verbal: German skills ¿ or the willingness to learn ¿ are an advantage
