For our prestigious client Airbus Defence and Space at the location Manching you act as Embedded Software Engineer FCS & FMS (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
- Being part of an agile team, that designs, implements and tests safety critical real time software
- Development of embedded applications and low level platform Software for Flight Control Computer#
- Software reviews and documentation
- Design and documentation of software architecture and design
- Support the planning of software increments
- Contribution to design definition and improvement
- Analysis of stakeholder needs and/or upper-level requirements and specification of actionable requirements
- Write requirements in compliance with quality criteria
- Define requirements allocation to system elements
- Manage requirement changes, including impact analysis
- Verify requirements are correctly and completely implemented
Your profile:
- Completed masters degree in computer science, embedded systems engineering
- Professional experience in software development, embedded system engineering and IT
- Very good knowledge in C and ADA
- Very good knowledge of Processors and Processor architectures for Safety Critical Computing
- Experience in Hardware/Software Interface Definition, programming standards and Model-based System Design (data flow and state machine diagrams)
- Good knowledge of SCADE and Automated Code Generation and Requirements Engineering
- Experience with Model-based System Design (data flow and state machine diagrams)
- Hands on experience with safety critical Standards (ED-12C/DO-178C, ED-218/DO-331, ED-80/DO-254) is desirable
- Experience with ARINC 653 based HRTOS and IMA (ED-124/DO-297) is desirable
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- German knowledge would be a plus
