**Experienced Consortium Manager – International chemical regulations**
Location: Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Luxembourg or UK (hybrid work possible)
**Your responsibilities:**
You will take over the management of international consortia and LoA management projects acting as the central coordination and governance lead. The role requires strategic thinking, technical depth and the ability to navigate sensitive multi-stakeholder environments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and overseeing compliant and transparent cost sharing calculations under REACH and related frameworks
- Managing data-sharing and cost-sharing requests in accordance with international chemical regulations
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contractual agreements
- Acting as a trusted advisor to members and ensuring procedural integrity in line with EU Regulation
- Acting as contact point for laboratories, authorities and other stakeholders
- Proactively addressing regulatory developments and their impact on clients
- Managing sensitive discussions between registrants
**Your profile:**
- Ideally, you have an academic degree in natural/environmental sciences, economics or engineering, or a comparable educational profile.
- You have been working for at least 3 years as consortium manager or regulatory affairs consultant in the context of international chemical regulations, especially REACH.
- You have an in-depth understanding of chemical regulatory processes, systems and their related institutions.
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and you are experienced in managing complex data sets.
- You have very good communication and presentation skills in English.
- You are skilled in analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
- You are a team player and work in a self-dependent, reliable and structured way.
