Together, we will build on our company's long history and keep on leading the way to a better world Discover your exciting role As an Expert Project Planning & Scheduling (m/f/d), you drive the development, coordination, and quality of integrated project schedules throughout the entire project lifecycle. Working hand in hand with interdisciplinary teams, you provide expert-level planning input and take a lead role in shaping planning standards, mentoring colleagues, and continuously improving scheduling processes through influence and expertise rather than hierarchical management. Explore your tasks and responsibilities * Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6 * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements * Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions * Conduct schedule analyses (e.g., critical path, earned value) and prepare performance reports * Contribute to risk management by identifying time-critical factors early on * Drive the continuous improvement of internal scheduling processes and standards Show your expertise * Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification * Several years of experience in project scheduling, ideally in plant construction / semiconductor environment * Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office tools * Fluent in German and proficient in English (spoken and written) * Structured, independent working style with strong communication skills * Willingness to travel and work on-site for extended periods What we offer you * Your start at Exyte: Take part in a two-day onboarding event with new colleagues * Attractive location: Our location features spacious workstations with height-adjustable desks * Buddy-System: Several weeks of close familiarisation with your colleagues in the team * Work-life balance: There is always the possibility of switching to mobile working * Catering: Free coffee specialities as well as water dispensers are accessible on every floor * Keep fit: Exyte subsidises your fitness contract through eGym Wellpass at over 5,000 locations in German Contact You want to be part of the Exyte team?
