### Staff Assistant (Pass and Permit) (m/w/d)
**What tasks will you be responsible for in particular?**
• Support and closely cooperate with HQ Security Section Staff Assistants regarding In & Out Processing, coordination and control of internal staff.
• Assist the production and provision of security passes requested by the HQ Security Section.
• Manage access cards defined and ordered by HQ Security Section.
• Assist with the maintenance of the access control database.
• Ensure close coordination and cooperation with HQ Security Section and JSEC guards.
• Assist with the recording and maintenance of internal staff data.
• Execute Security Plans, Guidelines and Directives as tasked from the HQ Security Section.
• Assist and support JSEC HQ events in line with the JSEC visitor process.
• Assist operational readiness (material, IT) during peacetime, exercises and operations.
• Assist with monitoring and managing of HQ Security Mail Inbox.
• Support HQ Security training and exercises.
• Participate in security-related training to maintain proficiency.
**What should you bring with you?**
• Secondary or equivalent education and completed vocational training in a security field.
• Experience working and knowledge of security tasks acquired through at least 2 years recent job-related experience. Military experience is preferred.
• MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of secretarial and administrative support.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German.
• You can provide evidence of a current SÜ2 security clearance, or you must be willing to participate in an extended security clearance process in accordance with the Security Clearance Act. Successful completion of the security clearance is mandatory to take up duty for the advertised position.
• Citizenship from one of the 32 NATO member countries.
