Your contribution will be
* Establishing and continuously improving FOUR PAWS' global Process Management Framework, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions and departments
* Leading and managing multiple process improvement projects across the organisation, implementing all steps of the methodology (scope, design, documentation, measurement and evaluation)
* Defining performance indicators and goals for processes and projects, aligning these with FOUR PAWS' strategic goals and objectives
* Creating and maintaining BPMN process diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment across teams
* Developing and deploying automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
* Using advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Power Query, pivot tables, and VBA/macros) to perform data analysis, create dashboards, and measure process performance
* Building Power BI dashboards to track and visualise process performance
Your profile ideally illustrates
* Implementation-oriented mindset with a focus on practical and sustainable results
* Hands-on experience with automation and data tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI and Excel (advanced), and Power Automate
* Proven experience in process analysis, mapping, and improvement using BPMN standards and tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar)
* High intercultural competence and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse global teams
* Excellent English and strong communication skills
* Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission
