Your role at RBI:
* Lead a team of experts with focus on financial steering, resource allocation, planning, reporting and strategic analysis (appx. 12 FTEs).
* Define a financial steering framework for entire RBI Group
* Co-design the resource allocation framework
* Co-design the strategic KPIs framework
* Operate the controlling function for RBI Groups holding function in Austria and the Austrian business bank, covering reporting, planning and steering
* Partner with business lines on strategic and financial aspects and strengthen the cooperation with all group-wide business areas.
* Provide transparency on key financial developments to senior decisions makers and make recommendations that help the group to drive growth and profitability while maintaining a healthy risk profile.
* Conduct deep-dive profitability analysis and contribute or lead projects with strategic relevance for RBI group from a Finance point of view.
* Co-define and streamline the finance processes from data and IT infrastructure perspective in cooperation with respective divisions and departments within RBI Group.
* Co-define the Controlling and FTP framework for RBI Group in cooperation with respective divisions and departments within RBI Group.
Your core competencies:
* You have an university degree in Finance or similar fields.
* You bring several years of experience in Banking with an in-depth understanding of bank steering, finance, controlling and treasury.
* Knowledge of Funds Transfer Pricing methodology (FTP).
* You bring proven leadership experience that drives team success.
* Pro-activeness, adaptability, and a strong desire for continuous learning and development.
* Ability to handle changing situations effectively and a proactive approach towards personal growth.
* Ability to communicate complex topics in an understandable and structured way, as well as possessing presentation skills.
* Excellent command of English, any other language is a plus.
