**About the role**

In this exciting role, you will lead and shape the technical engagement strategy across the EMEA region, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Groups. You will be responsible for driving customer success and business growth through strategic technical leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration. Your focus will span the entire Nexperia product portfolio, including Wide-Bandgap, Analog, and Power products, with a strong emphasis on innovation, customer satisfaction, and design-win acceleration.

**What you will do**

- Lead and develop the Field Application Engineering (FAE) Teams within EMEA region
- Define and execute the FAE strategy aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring technical excellence and customer-centric engagement across all market segments
- Define and execute on cross Business Group (BG) go-to-market strategies. Stay on top of global market development, customer base as well as application trends
- Oversee and support key customer engagements, ensuring the delivery of compelling technical value propositions, solution demonstrations, and design-in support
- Drive the design-win process by aligning technical resources, managing priorities, and removing roadblocks to accelerate time-to-win and time-to-revenue.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customers, Sales, Business Groups, and Marketing to ensure alignment on product roadmaps, customer requirements, and competitive positioning
- Provide strategic insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to influence product development and go-to-market strategies
- Establish and monitor KPIs for FAE activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, technical quality, and business impact
- Establish and maintain a market intelligence data base for all product groups and update stakeholders on recent market developments
- Work out go-to-market for dedicated market segment and prepare report outs on the progress
- Track market segment development and execute on go-to-market activities together with our product groups
- Support the internal sales review process with analysis on internal and external market developments
- Drive market analysis on application trends, customer base and Nexperia potential (TAM) and work out white spots across our product portfolios
- Establish a close cooperation with our BG-specific technical marketing teams to enable a Nexperia-wide application market view and promotion collateral
- Support cross-Nexperia projects and coordinate strategic initiatives together with our Business Groups and our Strategy Office
- Support governance of transnational accounts to assure efficient communication between OEM Account teams and ODM support
- Represent the FAE organization in executive reviews, customer meetings, and industry events

**What you will need**

- University degree in electrical engineering, physics, industrial engineering or similar
- Executive MBA highly preferable
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in global semiconductor Account Management and Field Application Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of previous FAE Management experience (people leadership)
- In-depth Understanding of Semiconductor Market: semiconductor production, functions, applications
- Market expertise in Automotive, Industrial and/or Consumer segment preferable
- Strong knowledge and understanding of semiconductors / electronic components
- Strong knowledge of CRM Tools and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Analytical Thinking and competence for big data analytics incl. identifying correlations and determining the correct actions
- Good organizational skills and commitment to fast follow through
- High energy, high engagement level to drive for business success and to pursue business opportunities
- Ability to balance Technical and Sales/Marketing disciplines
- Excellent team player and ability to develop strong and effective working relationships
- Ability to communicate proposals & decisions clearly and concisely to stakeholders, Sales and customers
- Willingness to travel
