Field Service Coordinator (m/f/d) - Benelux

Your responsibilities
* Single point of contact for customer for field service for inspections, overhauls, conversions and training requests
* Monitoring & controlling activities of the technicians
* Preparing offer and order confirmation for the service interventions
* Processing of Interco and 3rd party technicians
* Coordination of site requirements with customer (health & safety, security, medical,…)
* Preparation and preliminary clarification of conversion orders and service contracts
* Clarification of outstanding input for conversions
* Analyzing of time sheets against the offer and generating the proforma invoice to adjust purchase order (PO)
* Invoicing against updated PO
Your profile
* Aptitude for customer service and/or business administration, preferably for technical or maintenance businesses
* Experience with field service operations is preferred
* Experience with SAP Hana S4 is preferred
* Dutch and English, German or French are an advantage
* Open and approachable personality
* Team player, assertive and pro-active
* Good communicator
* Detail-oriented, analytical and structured way of working
* High level of independence, flexibility and resilience
* Highly customer oriented
