Field Service Engineer - Plasma Technology (m/f/d) - Optimus Search sucht Support Spezialisten! Gehaltsspanne 60000 - 80000 EUR pro Jahr. Verwendete Technologien:ERP, Support. Anforderungen und Ihr Profil: - Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, or equivalent vocational qualification (e.g., state-certified technician).
- Comparable professional experience in technical field service is also acceptable.
- Preferably experienced with vacuum and plasma technologies.
- Familiarity with PLCs, VPD, control electronics, sensors, automation and robot handling is a plus.
- Comfortable using digital tools (service apps, ticketing and ERP systems) as part of daily work.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Demonstrates commitment, creativity and adaptability.
- Customer-focused, independent worker with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Willingness to travel regularly and to represent the company professionally in an international environment.
. Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten: - Advise customers as a technical specialist to resolve issues related to system and process engineering.
- Prevent production interruptions by implementing preventive maintenance, managing spare-part inventories and driving modernization measures.
- Inspect and record safety-critical installations, ensuring all documentation meets the relevant standards.
- Assist with service order workflows by providing technical input for quotations and proposals.
- Commission equipment on-site and guarantee reliable, trouble-free operation at customer locations.
- Deliver application training and provide hands-on support so customers can use systems efficiently.
- Act as the primary technical contact for customer queries, coordinating solutions with internal teams to deliver the best outcome.
