**KEY REQUIREMENTS:**

- Experience in machine services and maintenance
- Business level in German and English communication skills
- Able to travel up to 50% in Germany and occasionally in other countries in EU

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- Responsible for field service tasks in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and calibration for the company’s machines and electrical systems at the customer sites
- Support customers' technical matters onsite and offsite (phone call, virtual meeting, email, etc.)
- Monitor spare parts inventory
- Maintain accurate records of service activities
- Perform continuous process improvement
- Maintain customer relationships and satisfaction through service work

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

- Obtained technical training or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technical services or engineering with practical experience in machine, pneumatic, electrical, or electronics
- Able to work as a single contributor and under less supervision
- Driving license class B
- Eligible to work in EU
