#### Functieomschrijving
Provide financial guidance and support to the Energy Assets function, ensuring transparency on performance for management
Analyze financial results, challenge deviations, and drive continuous business improvement
Act as a trusted finance business partner, aligning operational and financial objectives
Lead and coordinate planning and forecasting processes (mid-term planning, forecasts)
Support management in financial steering and performance management
Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives across Energy Assets business lines
Oversee cost controlling for selected functions
Drive digitalization and optimization of controlling processes and tools
Contribute to cross-functional projects representing Business Controlling
#### Functie-eisen
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Several years of experience in controlling or finance, ideally in a complex organization and preferably within the energy sector
Strong expertise in financial controlling, including KPIs (EBITDA, OPEX, CAPEX, cash flow), DCF valuations, and IFRS reporting
Experience with SAP and Tagetik required; Power BI is an advantage
Proven ability to translate complex business topics into meaningful financial insights
Proactive, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial topics clearly to business and management audiences
Fluent in English; German and additional languages are a plus
Strong interest in contributing to a dynamic, international team environment
