#### Job Description
**Nordson**, a global leader in precision technology, is seeking highly motivated and talented graduates (m/f/d) to join our **Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP)** in **Germany**. **Summary of the Role**
The Nordson FLDP is designed to fast-track the early career growth of high-potential university graduates, preparing you for dynamic and upwardly mobile careers within Nordson’s finance organization. As a member of our team, you will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued and respected.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Participate in a two-year program consisting of three 8-month rotations across our German locations (Erkrath, Münster, Lüneburg), with exposure to general accounting, cost controlling, commercial finance, and financial planning & analysis.
- Engage in cross-functional projects, collaborating with finance, accounting, and sales teams across European and US divisions.
- Analyze data, support budgeting and forecasting, review profit and loss, and contribute to strategic business initiatives.
- Present learnings and recommendations to business and finance leaders, including the CFO and leadership team.
- Take ownership of tailored projects and drive process improvements.
- Build a strong professional network within Nordson and with other FLDP participants globally.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (Spring 2026 graduates preferred)
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and proactive, demonstrating the ability to work independently and a strong drive to become a future finance leader.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional-level proficiency in both **German** and **English** (written and spoken) is essential.
- Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with all levels of the organization, including leadership teams and production staff, is required.
- Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., leading class projects, volunteering, or involvement in university groups).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, adapt to new environments, and manage cross-functional relationships.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and financial concepts is a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship provided).
**Travel**
- Geographical flexibility is required during and after the program, with estimated travel up to 15%.
