We are looking for an experienced and hands-on \*\*Finance Manager (m/f/d)\*\* in Amersfoort to strengthen our leadership team and support our growth ambitions.
## What your job includes
- Lead and develop the international Finance team
- Shape and execute the finance strategy aligned with company goals
- Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and Management Team
- Oversee financial performance, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and internal controls
- Optimize inventory, working capital, and cash flow
- Provide data-driven insights to support commercial and investment decisions
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes
## What we expect from you
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Several years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS/Dutch GAAP)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a hands-on mindset
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
