# Your responsibilities
- You provide insights into key business drivers, including revenue growth, cost to complete, inventory health, working capital, and free cash flow, through accurate analysis and reporting.
- You identify risks and opportunities within your assigned areas and highlight business levers that support EBIT and FCF improvement.
- You collaborate with business finance teams to translate operational metrics into financial impact, ensuring data integrity and clarity.
- You support business partnering and decision-making by preparing reports, variance analyses and actionable insights for management reviews.
- You assist in performance dialogues by delivering clear analyses and facilitating cross-functional alignment on improvement initiatives.
- You contribute to investment appraisal processes by providing data and analysis for NPV, IRR, payback, and sensitivity evaluations.
- You prepare monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
- You conduct variance analyses and identify the drivers behind deviations.
- You provide relevant data and insights to other finance and business areas as needed.
- You collaborate with operating units to ensure alignment of budgets and forecasts.
# Your profile
- You hold a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or Controlling, or possess a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of experience in Finance undamp; Accounting, ideally in an international environment.
- You have strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SAP@KONS) and advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, as well as experience with tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, or Anaplan.
- You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, a high affinity for numbers, and a meticulous, structured approach to work.
- You have a keen interest in the development of digital finance processes and possess a strong IT aptitude.
- You show team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills when collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, combined with strong analytical capabilities.
