**The purpose of the role**
As a Food Technician, you will be responsible for mixing various food ingredients according to a defined formula and applying it on a substrate according to the recipe. After evaluation with technologist/sales, you will adjust these formulations and send samples to the customer.
**Responsibilities**
- Making samples using approved raw materials and in accordance with the manufacturing instructions on the formula.
- Application of these samples in end products (snacks, meat and chicken products, vegetarian and vegan products based on alternative proteins).
- Evaluation of the products made with technologist and sales.
- Shipping these products.
- Raw Material stock management.
**Requirements**
- Completed food-related professional education or equivalent by proven experience.
- Can work independently and in a team.
- Works accurately and hygienically.
- Since there is frequent contact with food products, it is important not to have any food or contact allergies.
- Skilled in PC usage & MS office.
- Has a good knowledge of German and English.
