## Aufgaben

* You own the **end-to-end delivery** of features in our backend and partner-facing booking software (Backoffice) - from initial analysis through deployment and monitoring
* You **actively collaborate** with our tight-knit team of engineers, designer, and product lead in daily standups, planning sessions, and technical discussions
* You **communicate proactively**: ask questions when unclear, share blockers early, and contribute your perspective in team discussions
* You **think critically** about requirements, identify edge cases early, and propose technical solutions before issues arise - drawing on your experience of what can go wrong in production
* You **take initiative** in improving system performance, enhancing monitoring, and addressing technical debt proactively
* You work comfortably with **AI-assisted development tools**, seeing AI as an enabler for better productivity

## Qualifikation

* You have a **hands-on experience in backend development with Laravel, plus familiarity with Vue.js** for full-stack work
* Your have a good understanding of **agile development and product development processes**
* You bring knowledge in **end-to-end development** including testing, distributed architecture, and performance optimization
* as well as **experience with relational/document databases** (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB)
* You bring interest in **AI-assisted development tools** und solutions
* Ideally you have some experience with AWS and Serverless
