**Global Commercial Learning & Development Internship (m/f/d)**


**YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES**


- **Support the development and execution of comprehensive training programs by:**

- Assisting with the design and organization of training sessions and workshops across multiple therapeutic areas
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and ensure alignment with business objectives for both Product and Capabilities teams


- **Contribute to the roll-out of a global, cross-brand Customer Facing teams‘ project by:**

- Assisting with event organization and internal promotion, ensuring effective communication and engagement across teams
- Supporting data generation from the Global dashboard, contributing to analysis, reporting, and decision-making


- **Assist in the implementation of internal quality programs by:**

- Helping with content management, best practice sharing, and the development of training materials
- Engaging with team members on project management tasks, operations, and internal promotions


- **Gain exposure to various aspects of the business by:**

- Participating in team meetings and strategy sessions to understand the broader commercial landscape and the role of capabilities in driving success
- Networking with professionals across different departments to learn about their roles and contributions


- **Work closely with your assigned mentor to:**

- Relentlessly build your strengths, incorporate feedback, and develop your skills throughout the internship to prepare for a successful professional journey


**WHO YOU ARE**


- Enrolled student (m/f/d) with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (advanced qualifications are a plus)
- A passionate learner, eager to acquire new skills and leverage the extensive internal and external network provided by this experience
- Excellent command of both oral and written English; proficiency in additional local languages is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and critical thinking abilities (both written and spoken)
- Experience and certification in Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum, is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office with the ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other photo/video editing software is a plus
- German as an additional language is a plus
