Sales-Manager/in Arbeit Vollzeit ab 25.11.2025
Beschreibung
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest integrated manufacturers of building materials and solutions with leading market positions in cement, aggregates, and ready-mixed concrete. We are represented in more than 50 countries with around 51,000 employees at almost 3,000 locations.

At the centre of our actions lies the responsibility for the environment. As the front runner on the path to carbon neutrality and circular economy in the building materials industry, we are working on sustainable building materials and solutions for the future. We enable new opportunities for our customers through digitalisation.

At evoZero, we are rewriting the rules of construction. We are the world's first and only decarbonized cement powered by carbon capture and storage (CCS). Our mission is simple but bold: increase the value of global assets by reducing the cost of decarbonization.

For decades, asset owners, developers, and builders have had no real way to cut their Scope 3 emissions without compromising performance or paying rising costs for carbon offsets. evoZero changes that. The same cement they've always trusted, now re-engineered to eliminate emissions. No substitutes. No compromises.

This is more than a sales role. This is a chance to shape entire industries, influence global sustainability agendas, and secure lighthouse partnerships with some of the most powerful organizations in the world.

Therefore, we are seeking to recruit a Global Key Account Director - Hyperscalers / Data Centers & Cloud (f/m/d). In this role you own and grow evoZero's strategic relationships with the world's largest cloud and data center companies. Secure pilot projects, convert them into multi-year, multi-region framework agreements, and position evoZero as the go-to solution for Scope 3 decarbonization.

You will directly report to the Vice President Global Sales & Marketing evoZero & evoBuild carbon capture. The location is flexible - the role has a global remit with a focus on North America and Europe. Approximately 50% travel is required, and the position can be based in Canada, the USA, or any EU country.

* Navigate complex procurement and sustainability processes across multiple regions.
* Orchestrate 6-12 stakeholders across sustainability, procurement, finance, engineering, and the C-suite.
* Negotiate high-value agreements with premium pricing in a short-supply market.
* Develop lighthouse pilots and expand them into global frameworks.
* Act as trusted partner, helping hyperscalers achieve up to 50% of their Scope 3 reduction targets.

YOUR PROFILE

* Proven success selling into global hyperscalers (e.g., Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Meta) or their ecosystem.
* Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure lifecycles and sustainability drivers.
* Enterprise hunter DNA - multi-threader, programmatic seller, and master negotiator.
* Executive presence with the ability to challenge and influence at board/C-suite level.
* Carbon literacy (Scope 1/2/3, GHG Protocol, EPDs, LCAs) or ability to upskill fast.

We are convinced that only those who successfully realize their personal goals can also fully contribute professionally. That's why we offer you attractive benefits, such as:
