* Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments with precision, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
* Continuously update knowledge and skills by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions relevant to hairstyling and beauty trends.
* Contribute to team efforts by achieving sales targets for hair care products and salon services, while providing exceptional customer service.
## Requirements
* Proven experience as a hairstylist, with a strong portfolio of work.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients.
* Ability to stay updated with the latest trends in hairstyling and grooming techniques.
* Strong attention to detail and creativity to provide innovative styling solutions.
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client needs.
