**Your responsibilities:**

- Lead and strategically align the Application Technology Department for industrial and cryogenic processes with a focus on international market development
- Proactively support and further develop R&D projects and partnerships within the industrial segment
- Expand technical know-how and foster innovation within the team
- Ensure knowledge transfer to national subsidiaries and partners
- Implement new technologies in the industrial segment in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

**Your Profile:**

- Completed degree (Master/PhD) in technical chemistry, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in managing market-oriented departments is desirable
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, initiative and innovative mindset
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (approx. 25%) across Europe
- Hands-on mentality and experience in implementing technologies in an industrial environment
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, any additional language is a plus
