FLEXOO GmbH, based in Heidelberg, is a spin-off of InnovationLab GmbH and combines many years of expertise with state-of-the-art innovation in the field of printed electronics. As one of the leading providers of flexible sensor solutions for applications in battery, automotive and industrial electronics, we offer a unique manufacturing concept that prioritizes flexibility, quality and high productivity through a roll-to-roll process. Our production and development infrastructure is well established – we are now scaling up to €50 million in sales and taking quality and processes to the next level.
## Your Responsibilities
As **Head of Printing Operations**, you will be responsible for operations, supply chain and quality, and lead FLEXOO from development to stable series production. Your key tasks will include:
- Leading and developing the production team
- Establishing scalable processes along the entire value chain
- Compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and continuous improvement of quality standards – experience with other standards such as IATF 16949 or ISO 13485 is an advantage
- Strengthening our supply chain and managing suppliers in partnership
- Close cooperation with engineering and project management in the industrialization of new products
- Share your expertise with neighboring teams—you shape the quality culture throughout the company.
- Researching and evaluating new production technologies and assessing the technical feasibility
## Your Profile
- Several years of management experience in operations, supply chain or industrial project management – ideally in the battery, automotive or industrial sensor technology sector
- Proven experience in scaling manufacturing and supply chain to > €30 - 50 million in revenue
- Deep understanding of processes and quality; familiar with automotive standards or equivalent systems
- Ability to build structures, empower others and create a culture of excellence
- Hands-on, analytical, solution-oriented – with a clear growth mindset
- Excellent communication and langueage skills in both German and English
