### Your Duties:
- Lead and develop the sales organization, ensuring sustainable revenue growth
- Manage and mentor a team of five employees (including marketing)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders worldwide
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, product demonstrations and events
- Drive operational and sales excellence and ensure efficient sales processes
- Collaborate closely with technical experts and cross-functional teams
### Your Qualifications:
- Proven track record in a sales leadership role
- International sales experience, ideally in complex and high-tech environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Technical affinity is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills
- Fluent English (negotiation level) and good German skills
- High willingness to travel internationally
