Our Talent and Learning team in Düsseldorf is looking for YOU!

• Define and drive Uniper's Talent & Learning strategy, translating business transformation and future workforce needs into sustainable talent, learning and capability-building initiatives.

• Lead the evolution towards a skills- and capability-based organization and drive a strong learning culture across the business.

• Develop innovative Talent & Learning solutions by leveraging market trends, digitalization, data and AI to enhance employee development and organizational performance.

• Partner closely with HR and business leaders to create an integrated employee experience and ensure alignment of people strategies and processes.

• Oversee talent management, succession planning, leadership development and capability-building programs across the organization.

• Lead and develop the Talent & Learning team, ensuring effective delivery of global programs, processes and policies.

• Manage the Talent & Learning portfolio and budget, ensuring scalable, impactful and cost-effective solutions.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Law or a related field.

• Several years of experience in HR, including a strong focus on Talent Management, Learning and Leadership Development.

• Proven experience advising senior leaders on talent, learning and organizational capability topics.

• Strong understanding of current Talent & Learning trends, including skills-based organizations, capability building, digital learning and AI-enabled development.

• Experience designing and implementing talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical people solutions.

• Strong digital and data literacy with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Experience working in international and matrix organizations.

• Role-model mindset in embracing new technologies, continuously developing relevant capabilities, and enabling teams to innovate, learn, and adapt.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

• Fluent German and English.
