administration, performance management, employee engagement and exit
processes Monitor compliance with HR policies and labour regulations
and contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and
structures Collect, consolidate and report HR data and statistics for
all European locations (e.g. headcount, sickness rates, working hours,
time tracking, employment contracts) Act as a key contact for
employees and European branches regarding general and specific HR
matters Prepare and coordinate labour-related agreements and HR
documentation YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Business Administration
with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable HR-related
qualification Initial professional experience in a similar HR role or
area of responsibility Strong interpersonal and organisational skills,
with the ability to work independently and a proactive, hands-on
mindset Professional and confident communication style with a strong
interest in advancing HR topics and proficient in MS Office Business
fluent in German, English and Japanese (written and spoken) or
