the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a
highly motivated and passionate: HR Assistant Payroll and
Administration (m/f/d) This is a unique opportunity to support and
optimize HR operations with focus on Payroll and general
administration. As the backbone of our HR function you will ensure
important HR services are delivered accurately and efficiently. Your
sound communication skills and positive personality enable you to
collaborate across departments and interact with external authorities.
Tasks 1. Support HR team in daily operation and administration
(invoices, data processing, correspondence) 2. Functions as the
initial contact person for employee questions 3. Support the monthly
payroll cycle for our local employees and TSMC's assignees 4.
Coordination of certificates and handle correspondence with health
insurance companies and authorities 5. Responsibility for time
recording, including vacation and absence recording 6. Contact person
for all employees & assignees regarding time recording and payroll 7.
Support with the creation and handling of various evaluations, reports
and statistics 8. Contribution to HR projects with the TSMC
headquarters in Taiwan Profile 1. Completed 3 years commercial
training (kaufmännische Ausbildung), with a focus on human
resources/payroll accounting or comparable qualification 2. Initial
experience ipreparatory payroll accounting and time management systems
(min. 1year) 3. Highly service oriented with strong sense of empathy
4. Careful, reliable and structured approach to work, affinity to
numbers and strong capability to work with Excel。 5. Team-oriented
and open minded 6. Fluent German (C1) and English (C1) is required。
