**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our operations in Germany and Poland. This role will be based in Dresden, Germany, and will provide strategic and operational HR support across both countries. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities: **
- Partner with local leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Leading HR projects and change initiatives.
- Developing training and development programs for employees.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assisting with talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning for both Germany and Poland employees.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Analysing trends and metrics to inform business decisions and recommend improvements to HR policies and practices.
- Overseeing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with the business strategy.
- Support the monthly payroll process across Germany and Poland.
- Acting as a change agent to drive and support organisational transformation and development initiatives.
- Contribute to European HR projects and initiatives, ensuring local implementation.
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and legal requirements to ensure HR policies and practices are up to date.
- Promote a positive work environment and lead initiatives to ensure employee engagement.
- Provide guidance and direction to the business to ensure consistent, equal, and fair treatment of all employees. Consult with managers to ensure the consistent application of and adherence to company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications/ previous experience: **
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law; familiarity with Polish labor law is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across different countries.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (Polish is a plus).
- Ability to travel occasionally between Germany and Poland.
