- Develop hiring strategies and maintain employer branding
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Run interviews and feedback loops efficiently
- Prepare and deliver employment offers in collaboration with leadership
- Support new hires throughout the onboarding process
- Help shape internal HR processes as we scale - 2+ years of full-cycle HR experience
- Interview experience in tech or games
- Native German
- Fluent English (C1 or above)
- Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany
- Valid EU work authorization - The opportunity to work on an ambitious AAA title.
- A dynamic, fast-moving work environment.
