**About the Role**
We are looking for an HR Operations Assistant to join a supportive and collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level professional who wants to start and grow a career in HR, gain hands-on experience, and be involved in exciting projects. This is a high-energy role, perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, and is not afraid to step outside their comfort zone.
**What you will do in this role**
- Assist in managing the monthly payroll cycle
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, etc.)
- Respond promptly to employee queries regarding HR policies and processes
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required
**Who you are**
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in HR operations or a similar role, -including internships.
- Strong Excel skills or a passion for data analytics, including pulling and analyzing reports.
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to work from the office 2–3 times per week.
- Proactive, hands-on approach and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
- Eager to learn and develop a career in HR.
- Positive, optimistic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

- Gross annual compensation: €40,000–€45,000, depending on qualifications
