Our team is responsible for providing support on HR life cycle and benefits administration for our employees. We foster a culture focused on employee experience excellence and continuous process improvement by providing “Best in Class” support and advise on questions/requests from employees, leaders and/or HR partners.
**Partner with the best**
As a HR Shared Service Advisor, you will work within the HR Shared Service In Country Team located in Celle and you will be responsible for:
- Administer the HR related employee lifecycle processes
- Providing customer service support
- Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization, and simplification within assigned area(s).
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements and employee experience.
- Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.
- Ad-hoc support on projects.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have completed your bachelor studies or apprenticeship and have proven experience in HR
- Be able to speak fluent English and German and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have a client focus mindset
- Have passion in using new technologies in a professional environment
- Have experience using systems and tools such as Microsoft office package, Workday.
- Have previous experience working in HR, preferably in lifecycle
- Be able to recognize and switch among tasks to prioritize upon business needs
