**Salary**: 2.639,33 - 2.839,33 €/month (Fixed salary 2.409,33 €/month at 40h/week + Language Bonus 200 €/month + performance bonus up to 200 €/month + home office allowance 30 €/month)

**Your new tasks:** 
 
- Damage assessment of defective electronic devices of our Norwegian-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail 
- Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently 
- Review of the submitted claims for damages 
 
**Your qualifications:** 
 
- Fluency in Norwegian (C2-level) and English (B2-level) 
- Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls 
- PC literacy 
- Previous customer service experience preferable 
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines 
- Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn 
- Empathetic and socially competent personality
