Reliability Senior Engineer (m/f/d) Be the guardian of our

make a profound impact. Tasks As an ESMC - Incoming Material Quality &
Reliability Engineer, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge
manufacturing and our global suppliers. Your responsibilities will
include: 1. Incoming Quality: Ensuring incoming materials and services
consistently meet a stable statistical baseline, enabling ESMC wafer
performance to match our mother fab in Taiwan. 2. Fab Protection:
Collaborating strategically with suppliers and internal teams
(laboratory, procurement, facility, engineering) to proactively
protect our Fab from supplier-caused excursions. 3. Supplier
Management: Actively managing suppliers through quality system
assessments, onsite audits, driving quality improvement initiatives,
implementing robust process change control, and performing proactive
risk management. 4. Problem-Solving Leadership: Leading and
participating in problem-solving teams with suppliers and internal
organizations to swiftly resolve quality issues and implement robust
prevention measures. 5. Excursion Prevention: Driving supplier
excursion prevention and ensuring strict compliance with ESMC
requirements, leveraging KPIs and in-depth data analysis. 6. Strategic
Partnerships: Cultivating positive, trusting relationships with
suppliers to foster proactive and open communication channels. 7.
Knowledge Sharing: Championing the sharing of lessons learned and
Best-Known Methods (BKM) with both suppliers and internal partners. 8.
Team Contribution: Serving as a valuable team member and contributing
to the development and mentorship of colleagues where appropriate.
Profile 1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or PhD in
Material Science, Material Engineering, Chemistry/Chemical
Engineering, Physics, or a related field. 2. Experience: 8 years or
more of progressive working experience in the semiconductor industry
or a related high-tech industry. Significant experience in material
and supplier quality management, in process integration, process
module engineering, Fab operations, or chemical/physical material
analysis. 3. Project Management: Leading projects with
multidisciplinary, international teams and communicating effectively
with high-level management. 4. Procedures and IT systems: ERP (SAP),
Material Quality Management, including new material evaluation, SPC
control, statistical data analysis, process change management, risk
management, structured problem-solving, and supplier audits. 5.
Certifications: Certified TS16949 supplier auditor is preferred. 6.
Mindset & Skills: Team-Oriented, knowledge sharing for a shared

Mindset, detail-focused, effective communication style, Resilience
under pressure. 7. Language: Fluent in English (company Language);
