**Who are we looking for?**
We are looking for an Industrial Designer to support our design team in creating innovative and outstanding products for the hom to make better homes a reality for everyone, everywhere.
**Responsibilities:**
* As part of the industrial design team, you will support the design team as well as other product development teams across the globe.
* You will iteratively develop and guide ideas and concepts from the first sketch to 3D models. In this process, you will work both independently and in coordination with other teams and stakeholders.
* You will create quick prototypes to test ergonomics, operating concepts, and styling ideas during different stages of development.
* You will accompany your projects up to series production and develop detailed solutions and design adjustments.
* You will participate in further shaping the design language of our brands.
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
* Degree in product, industrial, or transportation design.
* At least 3 years of professional experience.
* A portfolio with independent and innovative projects as well as successfully implemented products.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* High motivation and the ability to independently develop ideas and concepts.
* Strong sense of shapes and proportions.
* Good understanding of ergonomics and interaction.
* Familiarity with production processes and materials.
* Experience with 3D programs such as Rhino, Alias, SolidWorks, and the Adobe Suite.
* Ability to visualize and communicate ideas quickly and clearly.
* Organized working style and reliable execution of tasks.
* Experience designing products with complex requirements.
* Enjoy designing products for the home.
* Fluent English.
