In your new role, you will:
As a key member of the Chips and Discretes Product Marketing team, you will be a key driver in shaping and executing marketing strategies for focus applications with Discrete IGBT and CoolSiC products.
You'll be responsible for developing and implementing high speed interface roadmap and build product solutions and go-to-market plans to drive market growth and design wins within your designated segment. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, business acumen, and marketing expertise to effectively navigate complex market landscapes and engage with key stakeholders
* Formulate long-term market expansion strategies and annual business plans for Discrete Power Devices in target markets, Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify high-potential business opportunities
* Collaborate with product and R&D teams to translate market demands into product features and promotion strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies
* Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customer key stakeholders, drive project implementation, and achieve business growth
* Monitor market business data to track key indicators such as sales data, market share, and customer satisfaction
* Regularly analyze business performance, identify potential risks and opportunities, and propose optimization suggestions (e.g., pricing strategies, regional market adjustments)
* Lead the production of marketing materials (white papers, application and technical notes, etc), and enhance brand exposure through social media, industry media, and other channels

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
* A degree in Electronic Engineering,  Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields - Candidates with a combined technical and business background, or an MBA degree, are preferred to support in-depth understanding of technical products and market strategy formulation
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductors with at least 5 years in power discretes market development or business cooperation
* Proven track record of driving business growth and market leadership in the semiconductor or electronics industry
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities in dynamic markets
* Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
* Excellent English communication and presentation skills, German is a plus
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans
