Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
* Lead global and cross-functional project teams in the GaN Systems Business Line
* Drive decisions, ensuring smooth communication, and aligning all stakeholders
* Be ready to challenge and improve processes and procedures to find faster, leaner, more efficient approaches
* Manage complex GaN technology and product projects from concept to end-of-life
* Oversee budgets, risk management, and target achievement for all project phases
* Contribute to lean project management improvements
* Represent your projects up to senior levels
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
* A degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, or a related field
* At least 6+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with 4+ years in project management of technology, discretes or multi-chip packaged products (IPMA-C certification as a plus)
* Know-how in leading global projects and teams across Europe, US and Asia as well as working with advanced technologies
* Well versed in stakeholder management, seniority to report on Division/Company board level
* Challenge the status quo while having a structured problem-solving mindset
* Highly motivated to make "Accelerate innovation to customer value" work
* Fluent in English, with good German skills as a plus
For Austria/Villach:
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/%29. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
The Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in Canada is:
Ottawa, Ontario: Minimum of $127,840.00 salary per year/ Maximum of $175,780.00 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
Must be eligible to meet the requirements of export control regulations, including the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and Canadian government security requirements; and/or (as necessary):
* Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
* Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
* Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data"
