WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES?
We assign the following tasks in our department SM IP (Integrated Plants)
* Execution of factfinding activities
* Project development
** Execution of studies
*** Concept investment studies
*** Optimization studies
* Support for pre-sales activities in technical topics
* Leading complex integrated pre-projects

WHAT DO I NEED TO QUALIFY FOR THIS JOB?
* Technical University or FH/HTL, Metallurgist preferred
* Experience in operation (Steel industry) desired
* Overall knowledge about different processes / process routes and their benefits in the steel industry
* Knowledge about Primetals Technologies portfolio
* Knowledge of process optimization and investment calculations (investment decisions from customers point of view including preparation of such a decision making process)
* Fluent in English & German / other additional language appreciated
On a personal level, you will impress us with your strong ability to learn quickly, think analytically, and approach challenges systematically. We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, a team player, and willing to work with different disciplines and cultures. You should enjoy building networks, communicating clearly, and presenting well-reasoned arguments. Equally important are strong listening skills, the ability to understand customer perspectives, and the talent to recognize their needs and interests. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR 47.546,94 (E/00) or EUR 53.241,02 (F/00). This could rise considerably, depending on qualifications and experience. Our Pioneers at Heart receive ongoing training in a wide range of areas through the "Metals Academy". In addition, we offer further benefits: From flexible working hours and home office options to free parking and discounted lunch menus. We also offer a voluntary sixth week of holiday from the age of 50.
