Review and verify lifting plans, crane configurations, and site layout drawings
Propose and analyze crane types for specific operations
Support the Construction and Tender teams with crane related technical topics
Contribute to the development of crane strategies for concrete tower construction
Technical support for crane dismantling and relocation between projects
Attend on-site kick off meetings to verify compliance of site conditions for project execution
Confident use of MS Office, project management tools, CAD software and LICCON (or similar)
Strong technical understanding of crane operations, lifting processes, and site/equipment planning
Experience working with project-related documents (e.g., lifting plans, technical specifications)
Accurate and detail oriented working style
Strong time- and task management skills to handle multiple topics simultaneously
Clear and effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors
English skills at minimum B2 level; Nice to have: German language skills
